Dentistry on Queen now accepts patients with the Canadian Dental Care Plan. The Plan will help cover some of the cost of various oral health care services for eligible Canadian residents.
The Plan is great for preventative care & also can cover other restorative services. As it is income-based, benefits will vary depending on the individual or family. No matter what your benefits are, know that we will work hard to maximize it so that any copay is as low as possible.

Once you have applied, Health Canada will confirm your eligibility & share your information with Sun Life to enroll you in the plan. You will receive a welcome package in the mail from Sun Life within three months of your application, which will include:
- The start date of your coverage
- Your membership card. This will have your member ID number, which you will be required to provide us with at the time of booking your appointment.
- Information about the CDCP
